(a) Single Business Cap Contracts are available to credit approved customers who agree to a minimum commitment period of 24 months. There is a limit of 4 single Business Cap Contracts per Vodafone connection at any one time.
(b) Minimum Monthly Spend and minimum cost over 24 months excludes handset repayments and additional or excluded call or service costs.
(c) Minimum total cost over contract term is calculated by multiplying the Minimum Monthly Spend by the contract period.
(d) Early Exit Fee, which is payable if a customer does not remain connected to their selected contract plan for the 24 month contract period, is calculated by multiplying the Minimum Monthly Spend by the remaining months left on the contract. The Early Exit Fee is in addition to any handset repayments and additional or excluded call or service costs.
(e) Voice Minutes and TXT allocations awarded with your selected Single Business Cap are to be used by each individual connection and can only be used on included call types and services. If your usage of these services exceeds the allocation awarded, in addition to your minimum monthly spend, you will be charged (according to applicable rates under your Business Cap) for any of the services used above the allocation awarded, plus for any excluded services. For a list of full rates and charges, go to www.vodafone.com.au. Excluded call types and services are not deducted from your Voice Minutes and TXT allocation and are charged on top of your minimum monthly spend.
(f) Voice Minutes are deducted from your Voice Minutes entitlement in 30 second blocks, with a minimum duration of 30 seconds. TXT allocation will be deducted from your TXT allocation per TXT message sent for all included SMS types. Monthly Voice Minutes and TXT allocation which are not used by the end of the monthly billing period or when you terminate your contract with Vodafone are forfeited.
(g) The following call and TXT types are eligible for entitlement deduction based on the shared allocation of your Business Cap: Standard Calls, Standard and International TXT and 13, 15 and 18 numbers (excluding 1555 which is free of charge and minutes spent calling this number will not be deducted from your entitlement). These calls must be made and terminated within Australia.
(h) The following call, TXT and service types are not eligible for entitlement deduction and will be charged at applicable rates in addition to your minimum monthly spend: 123 ‘Ask Us Anything’, 1223 Directory Assistance, International Calls, Standard and International Video Calls, Standard and International PXT®, Standard and International Video PXT®, Vodafone Live! content purchases (except Vodafone Live! surfing which is free of charge), Mobile Internet, Premium TXT, Premium Numbers, some National Roaming, International Roaming and CALLScreen. Services which are not considered standard TXT include special TXT services such as Premium TXT and content downloads. Additional exclusions and a full price list for using excluded services can be found in the Vodafone Standard Form of Agreement.
(i) Based on the device selected, customers will receive either the Unlimited BlackBerry® (BlackBerry® Internet Service (BIS) version) or a Data Bundle bolt-with the single Business Cap Contract.
(j) The Unlimited BlackBerry® bolt-on is subject to Vodafone’s Fair Use Policy. The Unlimited BlackBerry® bolt-on provides access to Data Services which enables customers to send and receive emails. A session starts when a customer first connects to the Data Services and ends when a customer disconnects from the Data Services. The BlackBerry® browser icon or any specific application browser icon loaded on the customer’s BlackBerry® at the time of purchase (excluding Compass and Pocket Life) must be used to access the internet to ensure data usage is taken out of the included data awarded with the Unlimited BlackBerry® bolt-on. Accessing the internet through
any other icon such as Vodafone live! will attract additional charges outside the included data allowance of $0.50 per MB (with a minimum charge per session of 12KB). Included data awarded can be used to browse Vodafone live! (but not downloads) and access any webmail account supported by BIS (including Yahoo!, Hotmail, Gmail and POP3/IMAP) and BlackBerry® Enterprise Service. Included data awarded does not include access to Compass; Pocket Life; Vodafone live! downloads or downloads from any application not loaded by Vodafone or Research In Motion (RIM); Premium TXT and Chat; single downloads of 3MB or larger; or video streaming. The Unlimited BlackBerry® bolt-on can only be activated on BlackBerry® Built-In handhelds as authorised by Vodafone and RIM. The Unlimited BlackBerry® bolt-on applies to email data usage within Australia on Vodafone’s GPRS network for the BlackBerry® Internet Service, applicable to retail consumers. In addition to the terms and conditions set out above in relation to use of the Unlimited BlackBerry® bolt-on service, RIM’s standard terms and conditions associated with the use of BlackBerry® from Vodafone, the BlackBerry® Internet Service, the BlackBerry® Built-In handheld, BlackBerry® Unite!™ and other associated products will also apply to use of these products and services.
(k) The Data Bundle bolt-on provides a specified amount of data each month. A session starts when a customer first connects to the Data Services and ends when a customer disconnects from the Data Services. Included data awarded is for use in Australia only on Vodafone’s GPRS and 3G networks.
(l) Data usage is calculated per KB. Data usage over the included monthly data allowance is charged at $0.12 per MB (with a minimum charge per session of 50KB). Included voice credit cannot be used for excess data usage charges. Data usage over the included monthly data allowance will need to be paid for separately, in addition to the Minimum Monthly Spend of selected Contract Vodafone Internet Cap. For unlimited BlackBerry® plans, accessing the internet through any other icon such as Vodafone live! will attract additional charges (of $0.50 per MB) outside the included data allowance (with a minimum charge per session of 12KB).
(m) One standard TXT has up to 160 characters. If one message is more than 160 characters, each additional character will form part of a new message up to a maximum of 154 characters per subsequent message.
(n) International direct dial rates are set out at vodafone.com.au/business.
(o) Vodafone services are subject to local and overseas network limitations and availability and individual handset capabilities of both caller and receiver. The 3G broadband network covers selected metro areas of most capital cities and selected parts of the NSW Central Coast, Gold & Sunshine Coasts; not available in TAS or NT. Outside 3G broadband areas Vodafone Mobile Internet operates at slower access and download speeds on Vodafone’s 2.5G network. See vodafone.com.au/coverage for details. Some Vodafone services may not be available whilst roaming in some countries. Some Data Cards and Modems may be incompatible with networks in some countries. A compatible handset is required to use 3G services, GPRS Vodafone live!, PXT®, Video PXT®, video calls and other special services.
(p) Voicemail deposits and retrievals (to 121) are free and unlimited.
(q) Handsets purchased through Vodafone outlets in Australia may be locked to the Vodafone network. A fee may apply for unlocking selected handsets, visit vodafone.com.au or call 1555 from your mobile for more details.
(r) When you originate a call conference from your Vodafone mobile to two or more phone numbers, for each of the calls on the conference, the number of minutes you spend on the conference to each number will be deducted from your Voice Minutes Entitlement.
(s) Your minimum monthly fee and all call costs incurred will appear on your bill. If the call is part of your Voice Minute allocation, a zero rating will appear against that entry on your bill to demonstrate that you have not been charged for that call. If you have used up your Voice Minute allocation when the call is made or your Voice Minute allocation gets used up during the call or the call is an excluded call, the actual cost of the call will appear against that entry on your bill. If your Voice Minute allocation gets used up during a call, you will only be charged for that call from the time during the call when your Voice Minute allocation is exceeded. Actual call charges may vary on your statement as each call charge is rounded up to the nearest cent before GST is included. All prices are subject to change.
(t) When you choose a Business Cap you will be allocated to a bill cycle shortly after you connect. Your minimum monthly fee is payable for each full monthly billing period in advance and is nonrefundable. Additional charges are billed at the end of each monthly billing period in arrears. Once allocated to a bill cycle, you may receive a first bill within 1 to 7 days to cover that period. As you will not have commenced your first full billing period, your minimum monthly fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis but you will receive the full monthly Voice Minutes and TXT allowance for this period. Any unused Voice Minutes and TXT awarded will be forfeited after this time. Your first bill will also contain your minimum monthly fee for the next full monthly billing period and any additional call,
data and/or service usage charges during that initial period. Once you commence your full monthly billing period, your 1 month credit expiry period will apply. If you terminate your contract before the expiry of your commitment period, your Voice Minutes and TXT entitlements will be pro-rated.

before GST is included. All prices are subject to change.

(w) If you are an existing Post pay customer and you connect to a Business Cap, your agreement with Vodafone (including your obligation to pay an Early Exit Fee) starts on the date you join that Business Cap but your plan change and commitment period will not commence until your next billing period. If you are an existing Prepay customer and you connect to a Business Cap, your agreement with Vodafone (including your obligation to pay an Early Exit Fee), your commitment period and your plan change starts on the date you join that Business Cap and all prior credit is forfeited.
