
1. Mobile Broadband available to credit approved customers who commit for a minimum contract period of 24 months
2. Minimum monthly spend, minimum total cost and Early Exit Fee are in addition to customer’s obligation to pay any additional handset/ device repayments (if applicable), any payments in relation to voice plans (if applicable), additional or excluded call or service costs and any costs for additional or excluded data usage.
3. Monthly access fees are payable for each full monthly billing cycle in advance and are non-refundable. All other charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle in arrears. If Mobile Broadband is added or removed mid-bill cycle, the monthly access fee and bundle discount will be pro rated. Actual charges may vary on statement as each charge is rounded up to the nearest cent before GST is included
4. Included data awarded with the Mobile Broadband only includes data accessed through a Vodafone Mobile Connect Card, a Vodafone approved USB modem or a Vodafone approved mobile phone when used as a modem only.
5. The following call and service types are not included in the data awarded with the Mobile Broadband and will be charged in addition to the minimum monthly spend: all voice and video calls, all TXT, PXT, VPN calls, voicemail, 123-Ask us anything, 1223-Directory Assistance, national roaming, Vodafone Live!, STK, IVR & web services content purchases, Vodafone World and Vodafone Traveller – international roaming, call screen and call control.
6. Customers who move down from the $49.95 Mobile Broadband Plan to the $29.95 Mobile Broadband Plan will incur a charge of $10 multiplied by the number of months remaining on their current $49.95 Mobile Broadband Plan contract. Customers who change must accept the terms of the $29.95 Mobile Broadband Plan (including the applicable EEF). Any unused included data from the original Plan is forfeited.
7. Customers who upgrade to the $49.95 Mobile Broadband Plan from the $29.95 Mobile Broadband Plan will not be charged. Customers who upgrade must accept the terms of the $49.95 Mobile Broadband Plan (including the applicable EEF). Any unused included data from the original Plan is forfeited.
8. Customers can change between Mobile Broadband Plans by calling 1555 from their Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 410. A change must be requested at least one day before the next billing period and will apply from the next billing period. Only one Mobile Broadband Plan change is permitted per billing period.
9. Where a customer combines a Mobile Broadband Plan with a new or existing 24 month eligible voice contract Cap or Plan, the customer will be entitled to receive a bundle discount of $10 per month off their total bill. Both the voice and Mobile Broadband Plan must be on the same paying billing account. Please visit vodafone.com.au to find out which voice contract Caps or Plans can be combined with the Mobile Broadband Plan for the cross-bundle discount. A customer’s selected 24 month eligible voice contract Cap or Plan will have its own minimum monthly spend/access fee, minimum cost over the contract term, early termination fees and call and service costs. These costs will be separate to the costs of the Mobile Broadband Plan.
10. Minimum monthly spend: $69 plan with modem is $74; $89 plan is $89; $ 99 plan with modem is $104 and $119 plan is $119. Minimum Total Cost: $69 plan is $1776; $89 plan is $2136; $99 plan is $2496 and $119 plan is $2856. Early Exit Fee for Voice Contract, Cap or Plan is 50% of monthly Voice Contract, Cap or Plan access fee x number of months remaining on Contract Cap or Plan. Early Exit Fee for Mobile Broadband contract is $15 (for 1GB) and $25 (for 5GB) plus $5 for modem on applicable plans x number of months remaining on contract. Early Exit Fee for combined Voice Contract, Cap or Plan and Mobile Broadband contract is the Early Exit Fee for Voice Contract, Cap or Plan plus the Early Exit Fee for Mobile Broadband contract referred to above. 11. Mobile Broadband is available in Vodafone’s 3G broadband network areas which currently cover metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast, Adelaide and Perth plus all international airports in Australia . Mobile Broadband is subject to network limitations and availability. Data capacity and speed may vary due to coverage, location, hardware and software configuration, capability and load of sites visited and general network and internet traffic.
12. Devices and handsets purchased through Vodafone outlets in Australia may be locked to the Vodafone network. A fee may apply for unlocking selected devices and handsets.
